Horkheimer Prize 2009

Nominations for the 2009 Horkheimer Prize are being sought by the German Amateur Radio Society, DARC.

The prize is awarded for merit in amateur radio and its further development.

It can be awarded to one or more persons or institutions and is not restricted to members of DARC. Any member of an amateur radio society in the IARU is entitled for proposal. Self proposals are allowed.

The prize is awarded during the opening of HAM RADIO fair in Friedrichshafen, Germany. The proposals must be submitted by 31 March to DARC via e-mail to darc<at>darc.de or by post to the address on their website.

Nominations should list the name and address of the proposer, a short description of the nominee and any other information you feel would be useful. The decision of the jury is final and cannot be voided.
