BBC Lord Haw Haw collection - update

Yesterday, we carried an item about a collection of broadcasts and documents relating to the propaganda activities of Lord Haw Haw during World War II, which are now available in the BBC Archive.

William Joyce, aka Lord Haw-Haw, was a notorious broadcaster of Nazi propaganda to the UK during World War II

Jim Sangster has posted the following information to the BBC Archives Facebook group:

"We have recently launched a few new features to the archive website. You can now browse the site for programmes, subjects or people. And for those of you overseas, you should now be able to listen to most of the radio programmes in our collections - something we've been working towards for the past year.

"Do tell your friends as we know a lot of people were disappointed that they were unable to hear our wartime and suffragettes programmes."
