South African amateurs and all amateurs aswell as SWL listeners are requested to monitor the frequency of 14250 mhz in the 20mb. from time to time as South African yachtsman Gerhard Nagel will be operating from Haiti waters co-ordinating the distribution of 500 tons of help for the Haiti people.

Gerhard is part of the Gift of the Givers team. and will use this frequency at times of real emergencies like storms and piracy.
