Due to his deteriorating health, Shaun GM4SIK/F5VIX finds it necessary to sell his 3-bedroom property in France.

The full description of the property includes the following paragraph:

'As the current owner is a Radio Amateur the third bedroom has been fitted out as a radio shack and office area.  Outside there is a 60 foot tower carrying a 6 element log periodic and a 14 element 2/70 beam by J beam. There are 80/40 dipoles at the same feed point at about 30 feet and a 10 metre vertical at about 20 feet. There is also a random end fed long wire and a 2/70 vertical. This is all at the rear of the property which sits approximately 500 metres ASL'
