NA1SS calling CQ Belize

It appears that ISS Commander Bill McArthur, KC5ACR, is trying to expand his DXCC count.

He has started calling for specific countries.

During the International Space Station's 2250 UTC pass over Central America, he was calling CQ Belize. I know he could use most of the Carribean DXCC entites as well.
