James Gaffney EI8W – Silent Key

It was with deep regret that we learned of the death of
James Gaffney EI8W from Clonmel.

Jim, as he was known to his friends passed away on Christmas night and was interred in Clonmel on Thursday last.

He was well known in radio circles as a founding member and former Chairman of the Tipperary Amateur Radio Group.

To his wife Pauline, his family and friends we extend our deepest sympathy. May he rest in peace.
