2006 Winter SWL Fest

The 19th annual Winter SWL Fest is slated for March 3rd and 4th. The venue is the Best Western of Towamecin Hotel in Kulpsville, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia.

Sponsored by the North American Shortwave Association, the Fest includes many hobby experts leading technical sessions on all sorts of listening related subjects. This includes scanners, DX-peditions, broadcaster
perspectives and even Amateur Radio.

Other Fest traditions are the "silent auction" of radio related collectibles, gadgets and memorabilia, where a
portion of the proceeds go to charity.

There will also be a Saturday night banquet followed by a raffle of great radio gear.
