The Chelmsford Echolink Award

A special version of the Chelmsford Award is now available for Echolink contacts. 

The first person to receive this award was none other than the CARS Awards manager Martyn G1EFL/M0VAM. The award was presented to him by the then RadCom editor Alex Kearns M3LSZ.

For every Award issued a donation will be made to "Essex Air Ambulance" which is an emergency helicopter completely funded by Sponsorship and fund raising events.

The Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Marconi Social Club (MASC), Beehive Lane, Great Baddow, CM2 9RX. The doors open at 7:15pm and visitors are most welcome. Car parking is free and a bar is available for refreshments.
