Mike Caughran KL7R of SolderSmoke killed in car accident

The followers of SolderSmoke will know of Mike Caughran, KL7R and his QRP work. Bill M0HBR N2CQR CU2JL, brings terrible news of his tragic death:

I found out this morning that our friend Mike Caughran KL7R, was killed in a car accident on Monday. He and his family were on vacation in Hawaii.

Mike's wife and son were in the car, but the newspaper
reports indicate that they were treated at the local hospital and released.

Mike was a wonderful person and a great friend. I know
all of you guys are as shocked and saddened as I am by
this terrible news.
