Military HF-ALE publication on the web

The publication HF-ALE is currently available as a free download on the web.

Aimed at the US Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force, it describes Multi-Service tactics, techniques and procedures for High Frequency Automatic Link Establishment (HF-ALE) radios.
