5th SRT DX Convention

This year members of the Strange Radio Team (SRT) will be celebrating the 5th anniversary and will hold their annual convention at the SRT's birthplace, the venerable archeological and tourist site of Paestum, south of Salerno in Italy.

All SRT members and ham radio operators are invited to this special event April 13-14th. They are expecting some renowned international guests, some very important DXers and other high profile ham radio personalities.

The event will take place at the Best Western Hotel Esplanade located barely 150 meters from the sea, with private beach and within short distance of the National Archeological Museum and its archeological site.

Convention's forums include presentations on: N8S Swains Dxpedition (by Hrane/YT1AD), "The IOTA of the future"
by Mauro/I1JQJ, "The new solar cycle is beginning" by Mario/I2MQP, the VP6DX Ducie Island Dxpedition (by Leszek/SP3DOI & Krystyna/SP3HDB, the TX5C Clipperton Atoll Dxpedition (John/N7CQQ) and much more. There will be a Saturday dinner banquet and Sunday luncheon.
