ACMA publishes revisions to the Radiofrequency Spectrum Plan

The Australian Communications & Media Authority (ACMA) has published a revised Radiofrequency Spectrum Plan on their website.

A WIA report says:
On the 2nd January 2009, the "Australian Radiofrequency Spectrum Plan" (ARSP), was published on the ACMA website.

The new ARSP can also be found in the Members Area of the WIA website under Legislation which is in the Reference Section or go diectly to the page by clicking the following Link http://www.wia.org.au/members/legislation/
radfreqspecplan/

This is the first step in authorising access to the new LF band for advanced licence holders, however, until the Amateur Service Licence Condition Determination (LCD) is amended, radio amateurs cannot use this new LF band.

The WIA has made a submission in respect to the ARSP, which can be viewed by clicking the following Link
