KiwiSAT status report

AMSAT-ZL has published a status update on their website regarding the upcoming Amateur Radio satellite KiwiSAT.

Since Fred Kennedy Zl1BYP originally gave his presentation on KiwiSAT to the AMSAT-UK Space Colloquium at Guildford in 2003 this project has been followed with great interest.

Fred's presentation at the Colloquium on the plans for KiwiSAT was met with a standing ovation and since that time he and the other dedicated volunteers in the AMSAT-ZL team have been working hard to make their ideas a reality.
