The North Canterbury Amateur Radio Club 40th Anniversary Award

This award is sponsored by New Zealand's North Canterbury Amateur Radio Club (Branch 68) to commemorate the 40 years that the club has been in existence.

1.  The award runs from 1st - 28th February 2009 inclusive. It is available to all Amateurs and short-wave listeners.

2.  Contacts may be made on any band or mode BUT each station may be worked ONCE for each application.

3.  New Zealand stations require 15 points to be made up from the list below.
 (a) Compulsory contact with Special Event Station ZL6RR - five (5) points.
 (b) Branch 68 Committee Members - three (3) points.
 (c) Branch 68 Club member - one (1) point.

4.  Overseas station requires only 6 points, calculated as above, and do not have to make a compulsory contact.

5.  Log sheets are to be used and can be downloaded from: www.ncarcinc.com  
    They are to be sent along with the fee to arrive before 31st March 2009 to:

6.  Fee including postage (payable to North Canterbury Amateur Radio Club Inc):
For ZL award applications $6.00. For all Overseas award applications, US$5.00 or fair equivalent. No stamps please.
