Norwegian Amateur Radio Band proposals

The Norwegian Radio Relay League (NRRL) has indicated on it's website that it is trying to get a number of spectrum enhancements for Norwegian Radio Amateurs.

On their website at http://tinyurl.com/7clwze the NRRL say they are trying to get:

70.000 - 70.500 MHz Secondary with 100 watts output, although commercial users would remain in part of that segment.

An extra 50 kHz at 24 MHz making the band 24.740-24.890 MHz.

A new 60 metre band from 5260 - 5410 kHz, Amateur Secondary with 100 watts output.

On 1850 - 2000 kHz a change in the way power is measured, to be 10 watts average instead of 10 watts PEP.

A possible new band in the region 490-510 KHz, Amateur Secondary 100 watts output A1A only.
