Digital ATV for Bournemouth

The RSGB Emerging Technology Co-ordination Committee website reports that an application has been received for a digital Amateur Television repeater in Bournemouth.

The 23cm ATV repeater will use the DVB-S standard and cover the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch area.

Tests are taking place on Sunday and Wednesday evenings at 8-9pm. They can be seen on the BATC video streaming site at http://www.batc.tv/ch_live.php?ch=5 choose either the G8AJN or G4KLB streams.
