Haiti ham radio communications

In a message to Southgate Amateur Radio News, Frank W4GZV writes:

Thus far, a single amateur radio signal has been heard from Haiti. While commercial communications efforts are surely on the way, does anyone have any knowledge about any organized ham radio trip to Haiti?

I am available immediately with a number of complete stations to go and set up there if anyone knows of a plan.
