Servamus/CPF/Emcom Amateur Radio Wing getting ready to assist Haiti earth quake victims

The Servamus/CPF/Emcom Amateur Radio Wing preparing itself to send SWL member Saleem Sayed POL.00030 to Haiti with a satelite phone to report back to ZS5POL about the communication network in Haiti and the emergency communication sittuation in Haiti, after a devastating earth quake hit the ileland. note was taken of the emergency frequencies 0f 7045 Khz and 3720 Khz .

ZS5POL/0001 and ZS6VX/POL.00035 wil be standing by for POL.00030 via the satelite phone. and also will be monitorring the amateur frequencies.
