Amateur Radio Exhibit at the Kelowna MuseumKelowna Okanagan Heritage Museum has opened a new exhibit, called CQ: Is There Anybody Out There and a video is now on YouTube. The exhibit examines the evolution of amateur radio communication in the Valley, from the origins of broadcast radio to the role that amateur radio operators play today. It features everything from old microphones and radio tubes to a hands-on Morse code activity. A portion of the exhibit is dedicated to oral histories from local amateur radio operators.
