Amateur radio satellite has 'near miss'

The Japan Amateur Radio League (JARL) website is reporting that a Russian rocket body came close to the Amateur Radio satellite SEEDS (CO-66).

The near miss occurred on January 7, 2010 at 08:02:30 UT when the rocket body is said to have come within 100 metres of SEEDS (CO-66).
