Macon Dail, Chief Engineer at Voice of America Site B in Greenville, NC, is featured in a short video on the local CBS affiliate’s Eyewitness News programme.

He explains to local viewers how shortwave works, and the video highlights the expansion of the Creole service to Haiti from 2 hours to 15 hours a day.
