Amateur Radio Self Build Kits talk
With the growing interest in home construction there will be talk on February 7 to the Chelmford Amateur Radio Society about amateur radio DIY kits.
Mark Sanderson M0IEO will be having a look at the likes of Softrock, Bitex and some of the other kits you can buy quite cheaply and construct yourself.
The talk takes place on Tuesday, February 7, at the Marconi Social Club (MASC), Beehive Lane, Great Baddow, Chelmsford, CM2 9RX. The doors open at 7:10 pm and the meeting gets underway at 7:30 pm.
Admittance and car parking are free and a bar is available for refreshments.
Apartments have recently been built near the entrance. Look for the large "Salsa" advertisement which shows the turning for the car park.
