NCDXF Christmas gift

Glenn Johnson, W0GJ, NCDXF Vice President, reports:

"Today, the Northern California DX Foundation announced a 'Christmas gift' of 500 USDs to help rebuild and re-equip the Radio Amateur Society of Thailand's (RAST) HS0AC Club station that was destroyed by recent flooding.

"By now, you may have heard about the severe floods in Thailand this
past fall, resulting in devastating damage everywhere -- including the
Radio Amateur Society of Thailand (RAST) and their famous 'HS0AC' club
station which were completely destroyed. This website shows it all in
horrific detail: http://www.qsl.net/rast

"RAST is also part of the Asian Technical Institute. The HS0AC club
station is located within the Institute. http://www.ait.ac.th

"Please help Thailand hams by donating any amount via PayPal at
donate@rast.or.th during this season of giving. All donations will go
entirely to rebuilding the station.

"For the past 40 years, NCDXF had not only been funding major DXpeditions, but is also committed to education and scholarships.
Merry Christmas to all and Healthy New Year filled with DX!!!"
