IRLP coming to Alice SpringsTalk of Alice Springs in The Northern Territory, Australia, coming on line in the near future is certainly good news world wide. The only problem is getting an ADSL service to the site. VK8ZMA, Mike out of Darwin informed me that everything else is done and it's just a waiting game for the line. Mike will keep me up-to-date in the future. Operators world wide have, over the past few years, been asking what is happening with an IRLP node being available from Alice Springs. So it comes down to a waiting game and we wish those involved with the IRLP installation for Alice Springs the best.
