Project SOARThe following information from Peter Badham about Project SOAR which aims to change the rules that ban Aeronautical operation in the UK. Have a look at the website for full details. 73 Trevor M5AKA The website http://www.eham.org.uk/ details where we are with a special project called SOAR (Space observations with Amateur Radio). Current license restrictions mean that UK Amateurs are unable to use Amateur Radio transceivers in airbourne vehicles. Project SOAR aims to change this antiquated rule, thus allowing us to experiment in the same way as every other country in the world. We would be interested to hear your comments.
