Another African 6-metre EME first

Another African Six Metre EME First was scored by Paul, ZS6NK, when he completed a contact with Rolf, PY1RO, to work the last continent necessary for his 50 MHz EME Worked All Continents Award application.

Paul and Rolf have attempted a number of moonbounce schedules over the past two years, but a combination of poor propagation, equipment failures and local noise at one end of the path or the other have prevented the contact being made until now.

This is probably only the second six metre EME WAC in the world to be completed and both of these operators are to be congratulated for a great effort. Very well done gentlemen!
