DTI publishes Fixed Penalty Consultation responseThe DTI has published the response to the consultation on Fixed Penalty Fines for breaches of the Wireless Telegraphy Act. However, the views of respondents concerning increasing the level of the penalty and/or introducing a penalty sliding scales is noted.
