Portuguese 4m licences due to expire

You are reminded that all Portuguese 4m licences expire on 31 August. It is not clear at present whether the Portuguese authorities will issue 4m licences in the future.

However, Joe, CT1HZE, has offered to arrange a sked, before the deadline, with any UK amateurs who still need Portugal for a new DXCC.
