always enjoys meeting readers of PW, and often tours the country visiting
amateur radio clubs throughout the United Kingdom.
This Tuesday evening, July 22nd, Rob will be paying a visit to the Horndean & District Amateur Radio Club, which is located just north of Portsmouth in Hampshire.
Rob last payed a visit to the club some 10 years ago, but this time he won't be alone! Joining him for this visit is PW's Technical Editor, Tex Swann, G1TEX, so Horndean club members will get a 'double dose' of PW with this visit (let's hope the club has ordered-in an extra barrel or two of beer).
The meeting starts at 7.30pm, so if you fancy popping along that evening, just head for Lovedean Village Hall, Lovedean Lane, Lovedean, P08 9SF.
