P3E SDX Linear Transponder Video
A video from HAM RADIO 2008 demonstrating the P3E Amateur Satellite Software Defined (SDX) linear transponder has been made available on the web.
Howard Long G6LVB and David Bowman G0MRF of AMSAT-UK built the revolutionary 435 to145 MHz SDX linear transponder for the P3E satellite. Howard developed the software and David the RF stages. Its predecessor, STELLA, was first demonstrated at the 20th AMSAT-UK Colloquium in 2005. http://www.g6lvb.com/Articles/stella/
