Andorra - illegal operation

Last week we reported that Vini, IK2CIO, would be active
as C31/IK2CIO between August 6-12th.

We have been informed by several sources that "the Andorran Radioamateurs Union (URA) reminds that the local administration has not implemented the CEPT Recommendation T/R 61-01. Therefore, any C3/homecall activity should be regarded as illegal."
