Ofcom - drivers of spectrum value

On Monday the UK Regulator Ofcom published an independent report into the drivers of commercial spectrum value.

The report seeks to develop a generic framework that would provide insights into the commercial value of spectrum and the relationship between the specific circumstances of spectrum users and the spectrum valuations.
