There'll be a buzz around in Cape Town next Saturday

Call it a buzz or a noise, whatever you like, it is a demonstration of D-Star, the digital revolution hitting amateur radio.

It is all happening at the SARL Radio Technology in Action 2010 at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology on Saturday 24 July. Registration starts at 08:15.

The programme includes presentations by the Hermanus Magnetic Observatory, and Multisource.
