CARS Dame Nellie Melba and PLT interview

As part of the 90th anniversary celebrations of the Dame Nellie Melba broadcast CARS Chairman, John Bowen G8DET, gave an interview to FrequencyCast and raised the matter of the pollution caused by PLT Home Networking devices.

Power Line Telecommunications (PLT) home networking devices use the electricity mains to transfer data and generate a smog of radio pollution that ruins peoples enjoyment of radio. This pollution can affect radio reception over 300 metres from the house where the devices are installed.
