Ofcom - changes to licence exemption for Wireless Telegraphy devices

The UK regulator Ofcom has published a consultation on the regulations it has drafted to modify licence exemption rules for a range of wireless devices in the UK.

This includes broadband satellite services, railway level crossing safety sensors, underwater radio communications systems, and a number of short-range devices.
