Funeral of Gordon King G4VFV

The funeral of Gordon King G4VFV will take place on Wednesady August 4th at St. Mary's Church in Brixham.
The funeral takes place at 2pm. The cremation (some miles away) will be private due to chapel refurbishments at the Torbay Crematorium.

Gordon's family have told me today that they will be delighted to welcome any of Gordon's Amateur Radio friends. During the service – planned to be a celebration of Gordon's 88 years – tributes will be spoken by his children Mike and Sue, the grandchildren. Rob Mannion G3XFD will also speak in tribute to Gordon. The service will be about an hour in length.

The Church is located on the left, at the end of the A3022 (New Road) Brixham. Car parking is restricted in the attractive town of Brixham, and anyone planning to attend is advised to come early to secure a parking place.
