Ofcom update: Providing spectrum information

The UK regulator Ofcom has published a statement setting out its policy on making Wireless Telegraphy licence information available to the public.

This is to comply with legal requirements under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (“EIR”), requiring public organisations to progressively make environmental information available to the public by electronic means.
