WWII signals intelligence operators sought

Author and retired United States Air Force voice intercept operator, Senior Master Sergeant, Larry Tart is interested in corresponding with any Australian SIGINIT or signals intelligence operators from World War 2.

The intercept operators and cryptographers played a key intelligence gathering role during the war through their interception and deciphering of signals.

Their service ranged from the code cracking the German Enigma machine, through to troop and supply movements, battle front communications, and all sorts of information gathering via signal interception.

Any Australian, British of American personnel involved in this activity during World War 2, or their relatives who have historical information, are asked to contact Larry Tart at the State College of Pennsylvania via email address LarryTart@aol.com
