New CEPT Entry Level Amateur Radio Licence

The European Radiocommunications Office (ERO) http://www.ero.dk/ have published ECC Report 90 which addresses the requirements for an Entry Level CEPT Amateur Radio licence.

This will be the third level of CEPT Amateur Radio Licence, HAREC (UK Full) and Novice have already been defined and it seems to be the equivalent of the UK Intermediate licence.
