Jack Gerritsen's Sentencing Date
Hello Hams,
As of 2:00 PM today, 6-28-06, Jack Gerritsen's (the former KG6IRO) sentencing
date has now been moved to August 21 2006, at 10 AM, Roybal Courthouse,
Room 850. Hopefully this will be the last time it is re-scheduled.
Jack's trial attorney is still waiting to receive court transcripts
from day one and day two, that's the delay in the sentencing.
If you do go to the court, you should get there prior to that time, as
I believe this judge will be starting right at 10:00 AM. Give yourself
time for parking and getting into the courtroom.
