New Zealand regulator MED announces new regs For Radio Amateurs

The Regulator in New Zealand MED has announced details of the new General User Radio Licence for Amateur Radio Operators that will come into effect from 1st July.

The document is far clearer and easier to understand than any of the three separate BR68’s that we have in the UK.

It is believed that the UK regulator Ofcom will shortly be holding a consultation on a new version of the Amateur BR68.
