Foyle & District ARC on air at Jet World Masters Competition

Foyle and District Amateur Radio Club will be heading to St Angelo Airport, Enniskillen for the 2007 Jet World Masters competition.

The competition runs from 5 July to 14 July the club will be on the air during the final two days of the event with its call sign MN0AKU/P.

This event showcases model aircrafts capable of flying at up to 250 mph. In attendance will be 100 pilots from some 31 countries demonstrating their skills in what has been described as the ultimate radio-controlled model aircraft competition.
