DX bulletin reader program

An interesting program written by Alex, VE3NEA, called
'DX Bulletin Reader 1.0' (for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4/ 2000/XP) is a tool for viewing, archiving and searching the DX news bulletins.

The following publishers/bulletins are currently supported:
Ohio/Penn DX Bulletin DX Newsletter
425 DX News The Daily DX
425 DX Calendar WAP Antarctic Bulletin
ARRL DX Bulletin I.C.P.O. Bulletin

Bulletins not listed above and non-periodical publications can be added as "Other".
