I.C.P.O. bulletin going QRT

Dave, VA3RJ, announced this past week that next week will be his last I.C.P.O. Bulletin (Islands, Castles & Portable
Operations).

Dave's I.C.P.O. Bulletin was a great source for WLOTA, WCA, WFF and other Special Event activities, as well as DX news/activities. His weekly bulletin will be surely missed.

The Editor of the OPDX and its readers wish to thank Dave for his many years of providing information to the DX community. Good luck and enjoy the new free time.
