A small boost for the SARL IARU fund

The SARL IARU fund, which is administered by the South African Amateur Radio Development Trust, received contributions from the following radio amateurs: Alf Joubert, ZR6AFA, Nick Sauerman, ZS1AT, Gerald Klatzko, ZS6BTD, Ronald G. Eva, ZR6RON, P A Vincent, and ZR5SDB.

The fund now stands at R2776, a long way from the target of R13 000. All donors have not supplied full address details, which makes it difficult to send an acknowledge-ment letter.

After making a donation please send a copy of the deposit slip to 012 991 5651 by fax, to saardt@intekom.co.za by email or to PO Box 90438 Garsfontein 0042 by mail.

The account number for contributions is ABSA 560 142 722, Menlyn Park, branch code 335 645. Cheques should be made payable to the SA Amateur Radio Development Trust. Full details can be found on www.amateurradio.co.za.

The Board of Trustees thanks all who have made contributions and appeal to clubs and individuals to assist so that the target of R13 000 can be realised as soon as possible. Fees for IARU membership are now due.
