Test equipment demonstration event

This Thursday, 17th March, the Stirling and District Amateur Radio Society will hold a demonstration of test equipment by John, GM1BSB and Wullie, GM0MZB.

They will test several radios on the night and there is
a possibility that the tests may be repeated on a monthly or bi-monthly basisfor different radios.

First to be tested will be two Yaesu FT847s, one with
Collins filter and the other with "inrad" filters, followed by a Kenwood TS850s. Findings will be posted on the club website.

Although the pool of radios available to the club is quite extensive, time will be a factor in how many will be tested.
