Those four elusive states

Bill McArthur, KC5ACR, the International Space Station commander has, once again, been looking for a North Dakota station to contact.

He had previously worked North Dakota but the ARRL bureau has not yet received a QSL card for the contact and they are trying to confirm all 50 before he comes back to Earth.

Bill is trying to increase the odds that he will get all 50 by reworking these states.

The last report on March 20 showed Bill still needing the cards from the stations he worked in Kansas, Mississippi, Wyoming and North Dakota.
