GB2RS news Blackpool survey results

A survey of GB2RS news recipients was carried out on Sunday 19 March at the NARSA Norbreck Rally in Blackpool.

Initial results show that the majority of amateurs – around 54 percent - access GB2RS on 2m, 30 percent use the RSGB website, 21 percent use 80m, seven per cent use 60m, six percent use 70cm, three per cent use 160m, one per cent use 6m and one percent use 4m. Only five percent of those surveyed did not follow GB2RS.

Readers should note that the figures add up to more than 100 percent, because a significant proportion of those interviewed listened to GB2RS on 2m and also read it on the RSGB web site.
