ISS Space Station NA1SS in QSO with Vietnam!

Hello All,

Eddy (XV1X) lives in Vietnam (but he was born in Holland).
Several months ago, I asked Eddy if he was intrested in
the NA1SS DXCC campaign, but at that time Eddy told me
that all licenses (in Vietnam) where temporary stopped, because authorities were working on a new law.

Eddy requested Vietnam authorities for a special license which he received after several weeks later.

At 25 February finally Eddy spoke to Bill McArthur (NA1SS!).
During the QSO Eddy tested 2 antenna's.
