Jack Gerritsen sentencing

Hello Fellow Hams,

According to AUSA Lamar Baker (Prosecutor for the Federal case), Jack Gerritsen's sentencing has been moved
to April 3, 2006.

Jack Gerritsen has asked for an attorney to now assist him in regards to his appeal and sentencing.

I will let you know of any other changes when I hear about them.
